Bertram Capital acquired Dallas, TX based outdoor lifestyle company, Solo Stoves, in September of 2019 and deployed its value creation strategy, the Bertram High 5℠ to grow the company’s top line, place executive hires and add capacity to the company’s supply chain. The company’s revenue grew 3.27 times during Bertram’s year long investment period before completing a majority recapitalization with private equity firm, Summit Partners, in October of 2020.
