Ridgeline is a portfolio company of Bertram Capital (“Bertram”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Signature Exteriors was founded by Michael Garrie and has established itself as the provider of choice in residential and commercial roofing in the Charlotte, NC, region. Signature’s expert team delivers a full range of roofing services, from repairs to full replacements, along with siding and gutter solutions. The company customizes each project to fit customers’ budgets while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and customer service. Ridgeline plans to amplify Signature’s strong brand presence in Charlotte, accelerating growth through increased marketing and sales efforts.
