Prior to joining Bertram, Aaron was with Crimson Investment, a middle-market private equity fund, where he focused on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management across a range of industries. Before Crimson, Aaron was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup focused on executing M&A transactions, and debt and equity financings.
