Shauna oversees Bertram’s HR, operations, and talent functions as the Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Bertram, Shauna was a Director of People Operations working with the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative to build a national non-profit organization from the ground up. Previous to her work with CZI, she led teams across the tech and education industries.
